WOD:  SPOOKY:  6 rounds of for time of:

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
10 Power Clean (95/65)
10 Overhead Lunges (95/65)
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 BacK Squats (95/65)
10 “Y” Press = Snatch Push Press (95/65)

35 minute time limit


Well, here it is.  I know the actual lettering of the workout had to be stretched a bit to fit properly, but you get the idea.  The overhead lunges can have any grip, but the wider the better (think Overhead Squat).  The “Y” Press will happen from the Back Rack position (same spot as your Back Squat).  Please scale accordingly to ensure that you can finish within the time limit.  No one exercise is particularly taxing, especially with these loads, but the compound effects is what will get you.  It’ll get you good!   Happy Halloween!
